In March of 2007, I attended the Quilting
and Sewing Expo in Cleveland and found some iron-on's for this train quilt.
I purchased them and waited a couple of months
before putting them on fabric and coloring them with crayons. As I was
working on the trains I felt that there just did not seem to be enough of a variety
so I also traced some train cars to go along with the engines. My son is a
big train fan so he really loves this train quilt.

am currently working on my own line of quilt trains. What fun it is to
color in the trains and parts in the colors you want to make your very own train
quilt. Below you will find some of the trains to color.
